Attention Marketing is the art of attention management. It is the way of thinking
about strategic management, sales, marketing and PR as a space where we compete
for the attention of Clients, Employees and the surrounding business environment.

The Attention Marketing method helps dissolve the traditional
division of companies into B2B (business to business) and
B2C (business to consumer) models. Each Client, whether a

The Attention Marketing Institute foundation promotes “the good side of marketing”.
We invoke trends of communication which should be valuable to the Client
at every step of the contact process.

In addition to cooperation within the sector, our goal is to prepare
recommendations for companies, institutions and NGOs on the basis of
current trends in the fields of marketing, communication and sales.

The goals of the Foundation are to popularise and support the concept of
attention marketing, grounded on ethical behaviours in business which solves
people’s problems and does not generate artificial needs. We carry out research,
cultural and educational projects and support innovations in business.

Each year, on a sample of several hundreds of Polish medium and large companies,
we conduct "Attention Marketing Research" project where we demonstrate current
trends within the fields of marketing, advertising and PR, along with recommendations.

The foundation’s Scientific Council is made up of figures from the worlds of business,
science, media and NGOs.

I started my cooperation with media in 1990 as a press and radio reporter. Since 2005 I have specialised in communication consulting. My professional background was shaped  in a consulting firm. I have carried out a number of projects and training programs based on my communication, marketing and sales experience. I intensely work with the worlds of business, government institutions and NGOs.

I specialise in creating valuable and attractive content. I give advice on how to improve key sales and image indicators. I build effective communication strategies that support sales and combine complementary knowledge of management, HR, marketing, PR or IT with practical performance of  strategic projects. I assist in creating brand awareness by resolving people’s problems.

In my free time I play the guitar in rock bands (So Slow and The Band Of Endless Noise) and pursue my passion for Tibet – I am a co-author of several books about this region. For years I have been actively involved in the third sector, co-creating and supporting NGOs like Amnesty International, Akcja Demokracja, Students For a Free Tibet, Nyatri Foundation and other.

Strategic communication advisory has continuously been my area of interest since 2004. Before I worked as a reporter in a news agency.

I specialise in content creation, provision of consulting services, preparing and implementing communication strategies, both in B2B and B2C segments, focused on marketing and image objectives but also supporting the adopted sales strategies of organisations. So far I have been responsible for strategic advisory and communication management services rendered to companies operating in the fields of new technologies, telecommunications, finance, HR consulting, armaments, legal advisory and luxury goods.
 
I am a father of Mikołaj – a young football player. For years I have been a keen fan of Legia – Warsaw’s football club – and an enthusiast of food travels
Dawid Michnik

After completing my journalism studies, I cooperated with a large, Polish national daily and an NGO web site. I also worked in a consulting company specialising in strategic advisory and management of high-risk projects. It was there that I learned how to work in a complex and demanding business environment and handle permanently changing situations. Involvement in large projects helped me learn competence of a business analyst and manager of major projects involving companies’ top executives and sales, marketing, IT and finance  departments.

I specialise in public affairs activities involving media, politics and business and in building and implementing communication strategies for companies pursuing B2B models of operations. Clients appreciate my journalistic competence and analytical skills. I know how to manage complex projects and I am more than happy to take up new challenges.  My passions are the worlds of media, economics and politics. Privately, I am a husband and a father.

Swoją współpracę z mediami rozpocząłem w 1990 roku jako dziennikarz prasowy i radiowy. Od 2005 roku zajmuję się doradztwem komunikacyjnym. Zawodowo zostałem ukształtowany w firmie consultingowej. Realizowałem szereg projektów i szkoleń w oparciu o swoje doświadczenia komunikacyjne, marketingowe i sprzedażowe. Sprawnie poruszam się między światem biznesu, instytucjami rządowymi i organizacjami pozarządowymi.

Specjalizuję się w tworzeniu wartościowych i atrakcyjnych treści. Doradzam jak poprawić kluczowe wskaźniki związane ze sprzedażą i wizerunkiem. Buduję skuteczne strategie komunikacyjne wspierające sprzedaż, łącząc komplementarną wiedzę z zakresu zarządzania, HR, marketingu, PR czy IT z praktyką prowadzenia projektów strategicznych. Pomagam kreować świadomość marki poprzez rozwiązywanie ludzkich problemów.

W wolnych chwilach jestem gitarzystą zespołów rockowych (So Slow i The Band Of Endless Noise) oraz pasjonatem Tybetu – współautorem kilku książek na ten temat. Doradztwem strategicznym w zakresie komunikacji zajmuje się nieprzerwanie od 2004 roku. Wcześniej pracowałem jako dziennikarz newsowy w agencji informacyjnej.

Specjalizuje się w tworzeniu contentu, świadczenia usług doradczych, tworzeniu i realizacji strategii komunikacyjnych zarówno w segmencie B2B, jak i B2C skoncentrowanych zarówno na celach marketingowych i wizerunkowych, ale również wspierających przyjętą strategię sprzedażową organizacji. Dotychczas byłem odpowiedzialny za doradztwo strategiczne i zarządzanie działaniami komunikacyjnymi dla firm z branży nowych technologii, telekomunikacyjnej, finansowej, doradztwa personalnego, zbrojeniowej, doradztwa prawnego oraz dóbr luksusowych.

Prywatnie jestem mężem, ale i ojcem Mikołaja - młodego piłkarza, a sam od lat zapalonym (L)egionistą oraz pasjonatem kulinarnych podróży.

Pracowałem też w firmie konsultingowej wyspecjalizowanej w doradztwie strategicznym i zarządzaniu projektami wysokiego ryzyka. Tam nauczyłem się pracy w skomplikowanym i wymagającym otoczeniu biznesowym i w warunkach permanentnej zmiany. Uczestnicząc w dużych projektach zdobyłem kompetencje analityka biznesowego i kierownika projektów angażujących najważniejszych managerów oraz siły sprzedaży, marketingu, IT i działów finansowych.

Specjalizuję się w działaniach public affairs na styku mediów, polityki i biznesu oraz budowaniu i implementacji strategii komunikacyjnych dla firm działających w modelu B2B.
